Shipping:

SportbikeJunkie.com uses UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping. Items are delivered with no signature required. We are not responsible for items left by the carrier without a signature. Please allow 3-5 days for the manufacturing of your custom products. Orders will be shipped prompty upon manufacturing.

Warranty:

SportbikeJunkie.com does not sell any used or refurbished products. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product; please refer to our Return Policy below. Feel free to contact us via our Contact Us form if you require assistance.

Return Policy:

Returns of defective, unused, and un-washed merchandise to SportbikeJunkie.com are permitted within 30 days of invoice date with prior approval. Approval is obtained by using our Return Authorization Form (link at the bottom of this page).
SportbikeJunkie.com will accept returns if:

• There was a mistake/damage made on our part.
• The wrong size/color product was shipped.
• The product is unused and has not been laundered.
• It is within 30 days of the placed order.
